These terms explain how Pinnacle Estate Agents Ltd (Company No. 13305834) works. They apply to this website; services for sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants are additionally governed by the written agreement you sign with us, which takes precedence where the two differ.

Our services

We provide residential estate agency services: valuation, listing and marketing, viewings, offer handling and sales or letting progression. We are a fully remote agency; appointments are conducted at your property, by phone or by video.

Content on this site is for general information. Valuation guidance, market commentary and property descriptions are given in good faith but do not form part of any contract. Property details, where shown, are prepared with reasonable care and are not warranties.

No completion on this site

This website is an information and enquiry channel. No purchase, sale, letting or payment for property services is concluded through this website. Instructions are only formed when you sign a written service agreement with us.

Liability

We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Cancellation and refunds

If you are a consumer and instruct us away from our premises or online, you may cancel your instruction within 14 days of signing, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — tell us in writing at support@pinnacl-e.estate. If you ask us to start work during that window (for example, your marketing goes live), we may keep a proportionate amount for work already done and refund anything paid above it. Your signed service agreement always sets out the cancellation and refund terms that apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
